Thanks to the “Race package delivery” service, PKO Gdynia Half Marathon participants can receive their race package in advance, without needing to visit the Race Office. The package will be delivered by courier to the address provided in the contact form.

What does the “Race package delivery” include? The race package includes: race number, timing chip (integrated with the race number), safety pins, the Athlete’s declaration, and a commemorative t-shirt (if purchased).

How does the service work?

• The service is available only within Poland.
• The delivery fee is 50 PLN (incl. VAT) per participant.
• Each package is sent individually, with no option to combine multiple packages in one shipment.
• To use the service, it must be purchased by March 23, 2025.
• Atheltes must send a signed copy of the Athlete’s declaration to biuro@gdyniapolmaraton.pl or hand it to the courier upon delivery.

Shipping and collection Race packages will be sent approximately two weeks before the race. If the package has not been received by April 22, 2025, atletes should contact the organizer at biuro@gdyniapolmaraton.pl. If the package is not collected from the courier, it will be available for pickup at the Race Office, but the delivery fee is non-refundable.

By choosing the “Race pakage delivery” option, participants are exempt from the mandatory verification at the Race Office.
