Registration for next year’s edition of the PKO Gdynia Half Marathon is now open, with over 2,000 running enthusiasts already on the start list. The main event will once again be accompanied by a 5-kilometer race, which this time will take the form of a breakfast run.
We will start at 9 a.m. near Skwer Kościuszki. To minimize traffic disruptions while providing runners with a pleasant and flat course, the route will primarily follow the Seaside Boulevard. At the finish line, participants can look forward to a commemorative medal and breakfast.
Piotr Jakóbik, Press Officer of the PKO Gdynia Half Marathon
The PKO Gdynia 5K course will be certified by the Polish Athletics Association, ensuring it is accurately measured and that results achieved on the course can be recognized as official personal records. However, the main goal of the organizers is to encourage new participants and beginner runners to join in the fun.
Registration for the PKO Gdynia 5K will open on January 2. This is the time when many of us set goals and challenges for the new year. We believe that absolutely anyone who wants to start their running journey can cross the PKO Gdynia 5K finish line in April in good health and with a smile on their face. And we will welcome everyone at the finish line with the same enthusiasm, whether it’s the winner or the last runner.
Piotr Jakóbik, Press Officer of the PKO Gdynia Half Marathon
Registration for the PKO Gdynia 5K, just like for the Gdynia Half Marathon, will be conducted on the SlotMarket.pl portal.
