45 thousand PLN for schools and kindergartens. This is the amount that the organizers of the PKO Gdynia Half Marathon aim to donate to local educational institutions. All you need to do is sign up for the Frugo Kids Run.

Frugo Kids Run is all about great fun in a friendly, sports-oriented atmosphere. The races will take place over short distances, adjusted to the age of the participants, with the start and finish line at Gdynia’s Kościuszko Square. Children and youth aged 2 to 14 can participate.
The race is scheduled for Saturday, April 26, at 12:00 PM. Every child will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line. The entry fee is 30 PLN for the first 500 registered participants, 40 PLN for the next 500, and 50 PLN for those who wait the longest to decide on joining the event.

Up to 45,000 PLN for local schools!

The organizers encourage local educational institutions in Gdynia to actively promote the event. 10 PLN from each entry fee will go to a school or kindergarten chosen by the parent during registration. Moreover, if at least 1,000 children register for the Frugo Kids Run, the support amount will be doubled. If the limit of 1,500 participants is reached, as much as 30 PLN from each registration will be donated to the selected schools and kindergartens. This could mean up to 45,000 PLN for local institutions!

The PKO Gdynia Half Marathon will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in the evening hours. The following day, the organizers will invite runners to the PKO Gdynia 5K, a breakfast run covering a distance of 5 km.
